Miscarriage Poems - Rainbow Angel
My Rainbow Angel
I can't believe you are gone
I love you so much
I wish they were wrong
I only knew you were there for six days
But I prayed and I dreamed
You'd stay with me always
That immediate bond that I felt
Was snatched away
I hate this feeling of being crushed everyday
That day I knew you were slipping away
My heart broke in two
My life shattered again
'Cos I wouldn't get to meet you
I'm trying to be strong
To hide how I feel
But my heart is broken again
From something that will never heal
It brings me some comfort
To know my babies are together
To look after and love each other
For ever and ever
I want you to know my Angel
My darling rainbow baby
I love you so very very much
You mean the world to me
