Are you travelling with a breastfeeding baby?

Breastfeeding is widely accepted as the norm throughout much of the world and many countries are very accommodating when mothers are breastfeeding their babies.

Babies who are breastfed are extremely portable! You do not have to worry about transporting sterilising equipment or bottles. You are free to enjoy your holiday without worrying about the quality of water for making up bottles.

Also, if you are flying you can prevent your baby suffering ear pains due to changing air pressure by putting him to the breast as the plane takes off and lands.

If you are worried about breastfeeding in public in a foreign country, you may find it helps to use a nursing cover, at least until you feel more at ease!
